WoltLab Cloud Ticketsystem: Internal Notes 5.3.2

With these extensions it is possible to create responses that are only visible to internal staff.

This plugin allows support to mark a response as an "internal note". Internal notes are only visible in the ticket with proper permission and are displayed differently to stand out from normal responses.

Functions at a glance

Quick guide:

  1. Permissions:
    Edit user group -> Moderative permissions -> Ticket system
    » Can create internal notes
    » Can see internal notes
  2. Mark reply as internal
    The button is located right next to the Abenden button when replying
